| Chris Olson, Founder, Lead InstructorChris has been in the Law Enforcement field for 23 years. The past 17 years has been with a local Sheriffs Office in East Tennessee. Chris has served as a corrections officer, Field Training Officer, Explosive Detection K-9 Handler, and a Police Academy Instructor; instructing new recruits in firearms, defensive tactics, impact weapons, defensive chemical weapons, and patrol tactics. Chris is the Lead Instructor and Founder of Blue Warrior Institute. | 
| Dale Bradley, Lead Instructor Dale has served over 19 years in the military in various leadership positions as an Infantry and Armor Officer. He has also spent time in an East Tennessee Sheriff's Department Reserve Unit before being deployed to Iraq. There he served as a Company Commander leading warriors as they provided convoy security and law enforcement support to his assigned region. Dale is currently an agent for a Federal Law Enforcement Agency and is assigned to the East Tennessee Region. | 
| Matt Lusk, Firearms Instructor and Lead Range Safety Officer Matt has a Associates degree in Police Science and is currently a Patrol Officer for an East Tennessee Sheriffs Office where he served many years training new street officers as an FTO. He also holds certifications as an NRA Firearms Instructor and an NRA Range Safety Officer. Matt is an Armor on most types of AR 15 and M-4 Platforms as well as 1911 platforms. | | Jim Hickman, Instructor and Range Safety Officer. Jim comes to us from a background in Fire and EMS. He has served as a Firefighter in a rual and city setting before becoming a Federal Firefighter, Medic, and EMS Instructor. Jim is a valuable asset to BWI through his business experience and experience in the different Public Service fields. Jim is the owner of Jim Hickman Construction and is a Reserve Deputy with a local Sheriffs Office in East Tennessee. | 
| Randall Crisp, Founder of the Warrior Path Institute, InstructorRandall began his formal martial arts training in 1984 and has been teaching since 1989. He is a native of Knoxville and is very active in the local community. He is a full time Law Enforcement Officer with an East Tennessee Sheriff's Department and is a qualified Law Enforcement Trainer.
